I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to a King Suite without even asking. The room was very clean and comfortable, perfect for my stay during the state fair. The only downside was that one of the check-in staff members wasn't too friendly, but they quickly rectified the situation by reducing our room rate or offering to move us to another room. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating overall.
